This page explains our shipping methods, delivery times, and policies.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
During busy periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another when it has been shipped.

Shipping Within the United States

We offer the following options:

Standard Shipping (3–4 business days)

Flat rate: $5.99
Free shipping on orders over $50

Express Shipping (1–2 business days)

Flat rate: $12.99

Delivery times begin once the carrier receives the package.

 

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Address Issues

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct.
Rosalisa LLC is not responsible for:

• Packages delivered to the wrong address

• Lost packages due to incorrect customer input

• Reshipping fees for address errors

Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours:
